Strengthen the safety and comfort of the elderly beneficiaries of the rental subsidy who currently reside in apartments provided by the Achievable Foundation in housing complexes in the Metropolitan Region, through the design, execution and evaluation of a cost-effective strategy for adaptability and accessibility of the immediate residential space.

Healthy aging for retired teachers
The general objective of the project is to contribute to the development and well-being of the elderly, specifically groups of retired teachers in the Metropolitan Region, promoting active and creative aging through the practice of the Teatro del Aporte aimed at supporting them in their personal development and a new social role in the education of children. The central idea is that this age segment is the protagonist of collaborative initiatives that contribute from the educational bases to a profound social transformation of the ageism prevailing in our society.

Older and Young people better together, Active Ageing and mental health "Stop Fragility"
Its main objective is to improve the quality of life of the elderly and their families, promoting their well-being, integration with their environment, and all those actions that are part of the Active Ageing of the human being; improving the physical and mental health of the elderly, favoring their level of autonomy and independence, achieving a life with purpose and in fullness. Implementing and executing a program designed and structured with a fundamental axis and pillar based on the promotion of prevention and treatment of functionality, fundamentally attending to and addressing frailty and mental health condition, with a daily program limited to six months, protocolized, gradual, multicomponent and specific for each elderly person.

Ageing Actively: Villarrica Home Care Program
To address from a comprehensive and interdisciplinary perspective the factors that influence the dependence of vulnerable elderly people and scarce socio-affective networks in the Municipality of Villarrica, in order to generate the appropriate environmental conditions to age in an active and healthy way, increase well-being, extend self-sufficiency from a person-centered perspective, avoiding the loss of capacities, the need to be permanently cared for and eventual institutionalization, along with leaving capacities installed in the community to give it sustainability over time.
To achieve the above, comprehensive individual interventions will be carried out in the home of each elderly person.

Older people for a more humane society
The objective is to promote the independence and autonomy of older people, through social integration, for which we propose to train and accompany 100 older people, so that they can be agents of change in their communities and that they contribute from their capacities to a more humane society in the following areas: Health and quality of life: supporting on the one hand elderly people with dependency in their homes, those who are at the end of life with palliative care and their caregivers. Cultural area: through theatre and storytelling shared with children from schools and kindergartens, as an intergenerational experience. Environment Area: through the construction of community gardens in public spaces and with children in kindergartens and schools.

Clinical-functional operations, second version
To give sustainability and projection to the ambulatory operational unit of gerontological assessment, in order to detect the risk of functional dependence, as well as declines in different dimensions, both in older people in the community, and those inserted in the world of work, promoting, together, clinical-therapeutic recommendations for the self-care of this age segment.

Program "Intervention for the strengthening and improvement of SENAMA's Sheltered Housing Condominiums"
From Fundación Grandes we collaborate with Fundación Revivir in part of the financing of the "Condominios de Viviendas Tuteladas, CVT" program. Fundación Revivir, in alliance with SENAMA, is currently managing 5 sheltered housing condominiums (CVTs), in the Municipalities of Coyhaique, San José de la Mariquina, Valdivia, Temuco and San Ramón, directly benefiting 87 elderly people. A CVT is a housing complex of individual homes, suitable for self-sufficient elderly people and people in vulnerable situations, with the aim of giving them a roof over their heads and also receiving support, to promote their autonomy, belonging and identity through a social intervention plan that promotes their community participation and access to support networks.

Support programme for the elderly in long-term care facilities
The Amanoz Foundation contributes to the emotional and affective well-being of the elderly with support programmes, through two paths: volunteering and training. Fundación Grandes collaborates with the financing of the volunteer program to accompany the elderly in ELEAM Long-Stay Establishments.

Projects Volunteer community agents at the service of dependent people in the new context
Cerro Navia Joven is an ecclesial foundation of a territorial nature that since 1993 has been developing its action in the Municipality of Cerro Navia and in the Barrancas sector of the city of Santiago. Currently, the Foundation's programs serve 302 elderly people, of which 120 are severely dependent, 116 are mildly dependent and 66 are volunteers or community agents. From Grandes we collaborate with the project that consists of community agents having the necessary supplies so that they can continue to exercise their role of support to the community, from their homes and remotely. This implies, in addition to having a device at your disposal, participating in training on social networks such as WhatsApp and videoconferencing applications such as Zoom or Meet.

Project "Walking Clubs for Older People"
The general objective is to implement Walking Clubs for older people in 3 vulnerable Municipalities, promoting physical and social activity among the elderly, generating habits and bonds for positive aging. To do this, we will use the Step-by-Step Walks methodology, which through a three-month workshop organizes walking groups of up to 20 people, in walkable areas near the neighborhoods where the elderly live.

Project for the prevention of defunctionalization of people with cancer
The objective of the project is the development of a model of oncogeriatric care for elderly cancer patients who are treated in the Public Health System. This care model will be developed through a pilot project that contemplates the intervention and application of geriatric tools to patients of the Ambulatory Oncology Center of the Sotero del Rio Hospital - which covers almost 10% of the country's population and where there is already a proven experience in the application of a successful nursing care model carried out by the Chilesincáncer Foundation. that improves the quality of life and functionality of the elderly, considers the existing reality for the elderly in the Public Health System, the respective gaps in care with the rest of the adult population and the deficits of specialists in the elderly.

Alcanzable Foundation: Project "Attainable Rent and Well-being in Older People"
The objective of this project is to improve access to housing and security of tenure and the objective and subjective well-being of older people belonging to the most vulnerable 40% of the population and who are beneficiaries of a Rental Subsidy, which they have not been able to apply, through the provision of around 100 housing units and the execution of a Social Management Plan before and during the stay in the home. In order to strengthen well-being and security of tenure in the medium and long term, Alzancable not only seeks to provide housing, but also to accompany during the stay in the home through active social management with users.

Project "Functional Clinical Operations for Integral Health"
Project whose objective is to generate an operational unit of comprehensive gerontological assessment (VGI) that is made available to communities free of charge, bringing the service to the same territory in which vulnerable and/or fragile groups of PM, residents in Municipalities with a higher rate of multidimensional poverty, live. The objectives are:
• Provide a free VGI service in the Metropolitan Region, relevant, sufficient and well structured, in vulnerable Municipalities, and according to the priority of the local government.
• Provide direct comprehensive health assessment services to PM, which allows them to promote their dignity in access to health services, as well as physical and mental self-care, in order to maintain and increase functional independence.
• Identify risk factors for loss of functionality in PM (individual and collective).

Geroculture Foundation: Project "Theatre of Contribution: Active-Intergenerational Old Age"
This project promotes the recognition and encounter between old age and preschool children through the Teatro del Aporte (TDA) program of GeroCultura. TDA develops stage creations developed by older people for children in the preschool stage, in order to make visible the active social and educational role of the elderly. Objectives:
1) To contribute to improving the quality of life and levels of well-being in the elderly, through community and creative participation for the recovery of their role and social space.
2) To promote the recognition of older people through performing arts and intergenerational encounters.
3) To promote the access of older people to art and culture with opportunity in decentralization.
4) Promote active and creative aging.

Opening Doors Corporation: Project "Aging with dignity in freedom"
To promote the active and healthy aging of 30 older people serving sentences in the Women's Penitentiary Center of Santiago, through professional accompaniment and the implementation of workshops that facilitate the development of psychomotor, cognitive and self-esteem skills.

Municipality of Las Cabras: Project "Valuing Cultural Heritage"
The general objective of the project will be: "To recognize and value the cultural heritage of the Municipality of Las Cabras through the elderly people of the community". In order to comply with this, the following specific objectives will be available:
• Identify the main historical and cultural places of interest in the Municipality.
• Raise leadership from the elderly to guide the tours
• To promote the communal identity of the different actors who will participate in the project.
• Enhance the legitimacy of the neighborhood councils through their participation and prominence in the project.
• Develop through the project social skills that collaborate with the integral balance of the participants.
• To increase the socio-cultural level of all the participants in the project.
• Improve the image of the community in relation to the elderly, considering the role of the tour guides

Incidence
Among the objectives of Grandes is to influence public policies on old age and aging, and also to promote a culture of active and dignified aging for the elderly.
To this end, we create and/or join national and/or international collaboration instances, in order to, together with others, influence public policies in favor of the elderly.
